    Default limit on famous battles?

well, i was playing EB as the romani, and i just got 6 famous battle markers in one frame!!!!!
    well, one of them disappeared.....

and yes, all of those are mine, and all but one by the same general (the general who you see in that screenshot- somehow didnt get any command stars ) (the one by the bridge was my another one of my generals who died long ago.....)
anyhow, i had 3 famous battle markers in a row, but then the top one disappeared! (the place it was in is circled in red)
and if u had to see the battles-

but of course, he only got those 4, not including the one which went AWOL, after he and his full stack full of green troops was ambushed and alomst massacred by some of those Sweboz elite axe guys (only a half stack! ) halfway through the battle, when all was lost (my only experienced units were caught early on and massacred) my general sounded the retreat, but only a few guys made it out, including himself. anyhow, heres the battle:

my general from that battle pursued that enemy general with an army from greece which was very experienced and that was the army which won those 5 famous battles.

anyhow, the question i wanted to ask was why did that famous battle marker go AWOL?!?!

well... I don't know if there is a limit or no. BUT if you think about it, with so many battles you will get the map littered with crossing swords.

That would kind of mess up things.....

Wow, that is a nice Seleucid Empire. And it isn't too retardedly shaped. It looks like they were actually trying to rebuild Alexander's empire.

That should be an interesting fight.

It's quite possible there's a limit on them. I haven't paid attention to them at all . You should check that area next time you get a famous battle marker to see if another one disappears, that should confirm it.

That would be the most ridiculous hardcoded limit the CA has ever created...

I recall that long ago, when the 1.2 patch hadn't even been released, I couldn't find one of my heroic victory markers anymore. However, that's the only time I've ever seen one disappear. Certainly, not every heroic victory gives a marker.

I always had the impression that the markers disappear after a certain amount of time, like after several decades. Do you still have markers from the 270s or 250s on your map?

You need to declare war on the Seleucids immediately.
