Personally, I usually wait to start buying tech until my income is at a point where I'll have enough saved after about 3 days to buy 10 tech levels at once. Example: Let's say a single technology costs me 25,000 rubles. In that case, I would wait to buy tech until my income is around 75,000-100,000 rubles per day. That way, it'll only take me about 3-4 days to acumulate the 250,000 rubles necessary to purchase 10 techs simultaneously.

At the very least, I wouldn't bother purchasing technology unless your income would allow you to afford buying 10 techs in a single week. Thus in your case, shlin28, you might want to hold off until your income is closer to 50,000 rubles per day.

Buy 20 tech and then don't buy anymore until you have at least 2999 infra. It really isn't worth it until 3999 infra, either. And then only buy from tech sellers, don't buy it directly from yourself.
