Anyhoo, what is the best time to start spamming tech? I currently earn roughly 30000 roubles per day, and can only buy one tech

Personally, I usually wait to start buying tech until my income is at a point where I'll have enough saved after about 3 days to buy 10 tech levels at once. Example: Let's say a single technology costs me 25,000 rubles. In that case, I would wait to buy tech until my income is around 75,000-100,000 rubles per day. That way, it'll only take me about 3-4 days to acumulate the 250,000 rubles necessary to purchase 10 techs simultaneously.

At the very least, I wouldn't bother purchasing technology unless your income would allow you to afford buying 10 techs in a single week. Thus in your case, shlin28, you might want to hold off until your income is closer to 50,000 rubles per day.

And @shlin28: Martok is right. Wait until you have a bigger income then save up over a few days to buy in lots of 10 tech.
