    its like a zip file. You open it with either WinRAR or 7Zip.

    Really, a little bit of research can get you a long way. You could have found this stuff out by just searching for rar in google. It wouldn't have been quicker for you. Just search for those program names in google, and rely on your own detectiving skills.
