I guess ll be starting over, then. I feel bad for Doug and Tristan, their duel was looking pretty interesting.

Alright, if we're at a standstill with the Byzantine password, lets consider starting over. Now do we want different factions to mix it up or do people want their same faction?

I know people put a lot of work into this hotseat but if we can't move forward, we might as well play a new crusade game.

Also, this situation illustrates why people should pick passwords they do not care about.

Well no-one would have known that you used it for those things if you hadn't said, and if no-one knew nobody here would want to try. Alright then we'll start afresh tomorrow.

I don't suppose there's any way to change the password to something innocuous?

can't change the password once it's in. (as far as I know)

Well I'm afraid I don't have time to be gamesmaster anymore but I can still play. PK, Tristan, Doug or Zim can take over if they want and use their own method of being gamesmaster.

I'll take it if Tristan, Doug, or Zim don't want it. If I don't hear any major objections within 24 hours, I will start up the first savegame.

I'd like to keep this thread so I'd ask EF to help me maintain the first post. Rules will pretty much be the same except I'll need passwords before I start up. And I'll want to keep the game moving at a brisk pace.

But I came into this late and am "new". If one of the others want to run this game, they are more than welcome to.

I think we have a good gaming group here and I'd be more than happy to play under any of you.

Feel free to start the new game, PK, although I'd use a different thread for it.
I'll be happy to do it if you don't want to, but the way things are going in KOTR, I may end up with added resposibilities there I should tend to.

Alright Zim,

I still want Tristan and Doug's input first since they were here before me. If they don't object, I'll start a new thread and a new savegame tomorrow. If I get their opinion today, I'll do it sooner.
