If you have another hard drive, you can choose to make a new page file on that drive, provided there's room. Ideally it should be a drive that's not used so you don't have to defragment it. I have another drive, the F: drive, that is largely unused, so I used that for a new page file.
I'm not too good with computers either but my understanding is that the page file is like the working space for computers, and the bigger and less cluttered it is the better.
