Most games, I'm with him. But here, in the first round of a game where there haven't been kills yet, and the fact that the mafia are almost impossible to lynch in Round 1 anyway, he's wrong. The mafia can easily hide in the shadows/manipulate events at their leisure. Better to just *gasp!* not lynch anyone than lynch an innocent and have it hurt us later on.
First 2 kills don't give you any real information. If they are hiding in the shadows then maybe we can notice them later. You don't know that it will hurt us later on, WoG is unpredictable.
