CTD after due to 2 rioting cities!!

FELLAS! My Seleucid (sp) campain has come to a HALT! due to a CTD that I can't get around.

In the picture bellow are the two provinces that are rioting. They are marked with I and II respectively, as that is the order in which they were conquered. One 1st the other one a turn later.



Now... I've had towns rioting and have not caused me CTD. I even had Province I rioting before and nothing happened. BUT now that both of them are rioting, the game CTD!!!!! And no and I can't make the people happy, the AI must have 5spies in each city because the unrest marks are just insanely high.

hum..... I only downloaded the latest version on the EB mainsite, I don't have any of the Temporary fixes. I'll get those tonight and get u fellas a better report.
