i have now 1 8800gt card, is this compatible with mtw/vi before i reinstall the game , please ???

Sorry, but no.

It will work to a certain extent. But in multiplayer, you wont be able to control your troops.

It is a very sad thing.

Has anyone tested the 8800GT card? It is afterall rather new and there could be a difference compared to the older GTS/GTX

CBR may have something there.

I have dual NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTX cards.

I took one out (leaving the other in for future testing), and replaced it with a eGeForce 7600GT KO so I can play VI.

Every once in a while another driver update (currently version 163.75 - downloaded but not tested yet) will come out, and I will pull the 7600 and test the 8800.

I have submitted an exact description of the problem to NVIDIA, but because it is an older game, it may not get much (if any) attention

I use the GeForce 7600GT and it runs all my TW games with no problems.

buy a second (cheap) graphics card and come in mtw vi! We play every friday and sometimes saturday online. I think there are graphic cards for 40 euro. Maybe PCI is enough.
