Just in case anyone didn't catch our preview. It's a bit old, but details a lot of the new faction. It's somewhat inaccurate, of course, seeing as we're still waiting for our Atlantis expedition.

Well, I guess I shouldn't have asked the question in the first place. Will just have to guess which factions are the most "safe" to play in this version. Anyway, even though you get this all the time, thanks for a great mod. Possibly my favourite game ever (vanilla didn't come close to that, its probably outside top20!;). Just wish I had more time to play...

Here, I'll just leak the secret. Factions with changes that you'll want to try out after the next release: Hayasdan, Pahlav, Romani, Sweboz, and maybe Arche Seleukia and SofitBinSofit SofitSofit (Carthage).

EDIT: You might want to replay Arverni, Aedui, or Casse, too.
EDIT2: Saka or Baktria might be fun too. And Epieros will have some changes.

Wow, thanks! Didn't expect that!

Now I can start a new campaign feeling a little bit safer

. I almost think the next one will be Baktria. Or Getai. Or Koinon Hellenon. Or Sabyn. Oh, crap, I can't decide! They're all so good!

Edit: Didn't see your edits MarcusAureliusAntoninus. Well, I think I will leave Baktria to the next version then also. I probably won't have time to play more than one or two campaigns before the next version is out anyway (even if it takes years). But on the other hand, smaller changes do not bother me, so I might chose Baktria anyway.

You might want to hold off on Saba too. Not only will they have the map change, which buys you tons of time before AS and Ptl start marching on you, but they have had some attention given to them recently...

Or did you just forget to mention them? If that's the case, then we can't play anything til we get the nod!
