Check what onboard (I'm assuming) GPU you have then just do a bit of research on the web. Seeing as you are running a Dell, there is a fair chance that your GPU won't be up to it. And then the fun starts... you opened up a tower before?
If so, you need to take a look inside and see what slots those pesky Dell guys have given you for expansion.
