I am trying to increase the unit size of the non cathollic factions to balance things out a bit, I know this is in the exp desr unit folder but changing the soldier number doesnt have any effect. Any ideas,

Are you using a mod folder or the io_file first method?
At the end of the day politics is just trash compared to the Gospel.

I only know the way as in RTW of going into the dec exp unit file and changing the soldeir attribute number. I am not familer with your options below.
