Since it's obviously possible to remove "Wonders" since mosed were removed from BI... Is it possible to add on? Stonehenge would be the obvious choice, it was not included in the ancient seven wonders because it was no known outside of Britain...

I think wonders are hardcoded, in max number and effects alike. There is a way to cancel the effects though (How to negate and replace the Wonder Effects - courtesy of Dol Guldur) but that escapes the topic of the thread. The only way to go afaik is to replace some other wonder...
Norman Invasion - The fate of England lies in your hands...
Viking Invasion II - Unite Britain in the best TW campaign ever!
Gods and Fighting Men: Total War - Enter the Mists of Myth in Ancient Ireland
yes you would need to replace model for one of the existing wonders and then change it in the text file so:
{mausoleum_title} Stonehenge
you need to add effects for the wonder - which is explained in the tutorial referred to - but don't worry about negating them in BI as the wonder effects don't work anywayfrom bitter personal experience as it took me a while to work that one out!
Happiness effect from owning a wonder does work though, there is just one peculiarity, the Statue wonder gives you the happiness-wonder bonus if you start off with it in one of the cities you own at the beginning of the game. The other wonders only give you the wonder-happiness effect if you capture them.
EDIT: am adding notes on the end of tutorial and discussion thread to clarify that info.
