How to get Mounted Thunder Braves?

i received horse/mussket tipi after 2 wins againts french.

i got my grubby little hands on the game, and found it easy to just auto-calc some already won battles. Usually the enemy retreats with a few troops, and you can repeat it a few times. In fact, i think i fought the same stack of French Leaders troops about 6 or 7 times before Auto managed to kill him off (this got me both the regular mounted and the gun mounted and thunder braves all in one turn)
