    Default Simple Sauromatae Question

    Hello there!

I'm been playing as the Sauromataes recently and it have been tons of fun. Right know I'm having a two front war against both the Pavhlan and the Sakas. Its really tough, but very fun.

Anyway what I want to know is this:

What buildings and settlments do I need to train:

    Rauxsa-alanna Baexdzhyntae (Roxolani Riders)

    Skuda Uaezdaettae (Scythian Noble Cavalry)

    and

    Rauxsa-alanna Uaezdaettae (Roxolani Noble Cavalry)

the higher up Warlord Court/Camp or High King structures will allow you recruit the local nobility... it's an awesome thing when you have a full stack of veteran noble horse-archers.... sooo badasss

I have both does buildings in a numerious settlements but the only "nobel" I can recruit so far is Aursa Uaezdaettae (Aorsi Noble Cavalry) but only in one settlement and Ragon Sauromatae Uaezdaettae (Sarmatian Noble Horse-Archers) in a few.

I should build pastoralism and not nomadism right? Anyone know if the recruitment is, somewhat, messed up in city mod? because thats what Im playing, but I dont think so.

I propebly only need a higher degree of the elite herds building, but Im pretty sure I'm as high as I can in a few settlements, but still no nobels. Maybe I need to conquer the right land, but which?

    Anyone have any idea?

Mayeb I should PM Redmeth. He finished a Sauromatae camp once, so he should know!!! :)

Have you looked up the official Nomad Gov chart (bottom of the page) ? At least according to that Nomadism with the appropriate camp/court level should do the job, in the case there's anything appropriate to recruit in the first place...

'Course, save/load and the add_money (amount) and process_cq (settlement) console commands are good for "scouting" a province's recruitement potential too. Because spending a zillion years and lots of cash building useless barracks, well, kinda sucks.

I and many others around the world are of the strong belief that the universe was created by a Flying Spaghetti Monster. --- Proof of the existence of the FSM, if needed, can be found in the recent uptick of global warming, earthquakes, hurricanes, and other natural disasters. Apparently His Pastaness is to be worshipped in full pirate regalia. The decline in worldwide pirate population over the past 200 years directly corresponds with the increase in global temperature. Here is a graph to illustrate the point."
