where can I look for people to help with my mod?

I have started a mod for M2TW called Rise of the Caliphate,which is about early Islamic history.I am currently in need of a modeler and skinner.I am a newbie at modding and a newbie to this forum which is why I have posted here.

Are you reffering to this feature? You can easily access it by clicking on the number of replies on a forum page. You can easily find a demonstration of where to click here. Please note that Java Script must be enabled for this function to work correctly.
