    Default Roman reform!!!

    I'm over 172, and i've got all that need.But what should I do if I want that my character be consul?????
    Help please!

    Okay, first off you don't need all those exclamations.

    If you have a character with all the required traits they need to have all the precursor offices and be 42. Influence boasting traits would also be good.

    After that you have to wait.

    If you have a good character with everything but Consul, take him to war. Hopefully he will get enough influence and Senate promotions to get elected Consul.

    About the 'at least 42' necessity, weren't the minimal age requirements only introduced by Sulla during his dictatorship?

    We're not entirely certain, we know Sulla formalised the succession of Roman Offices but there's an anecdote from Sallust concerning Marius that suggests some limits were already in place. In any case, placing anacronistic limits is better than having people fast tracked all the time.

    We can't really have code for different traits in every era. Well we can but the code ballloons exponentially.
