Sunnyside up? :P Yech! lol I like to fry mine on both sides, then carefully remove the top with a fork, raise the plate to my mouth, and drink the delicious egg yoke.

Get your cholesterol tested Vuk. It's really easy to do. You can't 'feel' heart disease until it's already irreversible, and a certain percentage of the population has a genetic predisposition to it without regard to fitness or general health.
