Baktrion Agema NO SPEARS?
I am playing a campaign with Baktrion empire and the Royal guard (Agema) have no spears when fighting on battle map. They just start with swords and never pull out spears. Are they suppose to have spears or is that just a mistakes in the description ??? If so then how do i fix this ?

you need to look more closely, they charge with spears and switch to sword in melee, and if you alt+click on the enemy they will figth with spears, too.I am playing a campaign with Baktrion empire and the Royal guard (Agema) have no spears when fighting on battle map. Nervertheless if a soldier gets knocked down he will change the weapon (if he fought with a spear he will then fight with a sword and the other way round).

When fighting infantry let them use the swords. When fighting cavarly alt+click so they use the spears.

ah...so there is a way to get overhead units to use a sword. Is it just having the sword be primary and the spear secondary?
