Baggage train

I read the interview done with the EB team and noticed this: -the baggage train. Prevents you from blitzing the map, by portraying over-stretched supply lines and exhausted armies. Also affects the morale of the men.

I did a search and came up with nothing.
Can anyone tell me what it is and how do I use it or get owned by it in gameplay?

i usually just use the destroy faction cheat if a country like spain attacks

I think they are referring to the traits system when you're generals are campaigning out of your terrirtory and the forced marching traits (ie, well supplied, rationing, belts tightened for supply, and stuff like forced marching, exhausted etc for movement).

A faction attacks you and you just use destroy faction cheats? Doesn't that kinda defeat the point? Sorry if I've misunderstood but doesn't make any sense to me :|

Awesome, thank you. I just keep discovering so much new stuff about this game, and I've been playing for a few months now, that I wanted to be sure.
