Peter's case:

He will take action to end rebellion and reunite the Reich.

Any Byzantines that tread upon our land will be crushed.

He is renowned throughout the Reich as an authoritative figure and commands the respect of the rioters, hence it will be easy for him to appease the rioters.

Naples, Palermo, and Outremer shall be recovered from the Byzantines by force and there shall be a return to normalcy.

Austria will be relieved with some form of armed force to militarily compensate for the loss of Count Edmund Becker and the HA1.

The Civil War in Swabia shall be ended and the opposing factions reconciled.

All rebel provinces will be recovered and defended from insurgency as well as outside forces.
