Hmmm? Can't you speed the time even more by holding down shift and clicking the "faster" button many times? Just an idea, I've never tried this. I rarely need to play my battles at 10x speed...

6 is max even with shift-clicking.

Why would you *want* it faster than x6, as the previous poster said theres always autoresolve.

I have certain cheap tactics that require me to move my men into position. I like for them to walk into position in order to save energy.

I found a bug where you could get 12x speed. I forgot how I did it though. It was some combination of ctrl + t a cutscene I think.
