Just a question 'bout college

Okay, I've been narrowing my college choices down for next year, and among the choices, are University of Northern Iowa(a state school), and Marquette(private). Both are pretty good for an accounting degree, and I like both areas, though not for the same reasons. Basically, at Marquette, I can get a masters degree in 5 years, and their program is generally considered a little better anyways. However, counting in tuition and all, it will be rather expensive go to there, even with a few sholarships and financial aid. On the other hand, UNI's program isn't quite as good overall, and doesn't offer the same program to get a masters. However, I can pretty much go for free there, and will have basically no debt after I leave if I go there. So basically, the question is, what do you think is the better offer?

(As a sidenote, I am pretty close to making up my mind, I'm basically curious to see what everyone else is feeling.)
