Default Both Baron and English disappeared.

I've just started Britania campaign as Wales and around turn 24 I sneaked my army through nottingham and London which I captured, and in a few turns I got the message that "old order falls" and that baron's alliance will be competing against everyone on the British isle. However, when I explored to make diplomacy with the baron I found out that they were wiped off the map, and all went rebel. Is this something natural for it to happen? Are they going to like, re-emerge as a faction at all? Or is the English threat, baron or throne, completely gone?

are you sure the barons weren't already gone? They might have been taken down before you beat England, and were in that transition to re-emerging when you did it.

Also, i like that quest, its a pip seeing the barons ask me to take an English town for them, only for them to declare war on me a turn later with their whopping 6 Town Militia army

They were there, with 4 provinces around lancaster, and suddenly Both of them goes "poof" and gone! No "faction destroyed" message either. wierd...

might i ask what the current political situation was? Perhaps maybe the Baron's were bullied into being England vassal or something before they got eliminated or something (i'm literally throwing out guesses). Any mods installed? and if not, mind posting a savefile for me to check it out?

I don't have any mods installed, and britannia campaign wasn't unpacked either so nothing I've touched.

The savefile is like, well over 100 turns now (i use 2 save max) so I don't know if that will help. The english and baron were at war, and I was trying to get a diplomat over to get some help with the English. the diplomat didn't even get the chance to do so.

Also in my game William Wallace was like piss-poor compared to some other screenies I saw, like 5 command stars and died in battle pretty fast too..

Must be the welsh magic :p
