Really weird, frustrating Family Tree problem

Hi everyone, please

Now this happened a few months back before I patched to 1.2 but now its happening again. Whenever I try to open my Family Tree the game freezes up, I can still hear the music but I have to quit the programme cus its totally frozen. Really frustrating, can anyone help with this?

Also another bug I had recently was where i could get into the Family Tree but there was only two portraits and they were both dead, grayed out pictures. Basically since I got this game I have never been able to see my Family Tree, please help me. Thank you.

sadly this happen to me too. However, i dont suffer freeze when i open my family tree. Just that all members from my family tree disappear leaving only 2 death portraits of the previous King & queen. i'm so frustrating!!!!!!!
