vista help!!!

I am very sorry to waste a new thread like this but I urgently need official EB help.I recently purchased a brand new PC with Vista on and while I was trying to install EB v0.81afinal on a fresh install of RTW v1.5 I had this error popping up every time that Windows can't find a certain ...Roaming... file at the end of the unpacking and right before the actual installation began.I downloaded from a different site and still got the same error.I enjoyed EB on a PC from stone age and now that I can't play on this ulta-new uber-machine I'm going berserk.So,I am in desperate need of technical support.Swiftness in reply will be greatly apreciated...H-E-L-P...

Have you tried to install 7-zip and extract the files manually? You'll need to create the shortcut yourself though.

Vista has got nothing to do with it. Sounds like a corrupt download; because it is in fact complaining about a missing component of the Installer and not about the mod itself. So, you could take the chance and extract it manually using 7-zip/winrar/similar programs able to; or you could just redownload it from yet another different site.
