I think Austria-Hungary is still open. If so, I would like to sign up for them. If not, no problem.

EDIT: Not so hot on the host playing in the game. No offense, Motep, I just feel its way to easy to even subconciously tip the odds in your favor.

    The Game Begins! Turn One:

    Archduke Ferdinand assaninated!
The Archduke, heir to the Austrian-Hungarian throne, was assasinated by The Black Hand (for those in the furure, look online for details). Austria-Hungary demanded that Serbia do something. They did not act fast enough, however, and Austria-Hungary deemed them non-compliant, and soon declared war. The rest of Europe now much decide if they should aid either Austria-Hungary (Don Corleaone), or the serbs (Shlin28). Or even if they should remain neutral.

This turn will end on friday (by U.S standards), or when everybody is affiliated with either party, or has chsoen to remain neutral. When you choose your side, declare it publically, a tally will be kept. Also, send me the deployment locations of your armies by pm.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------

I, Motep, Leader of the Republic of Portugal, will keep my neutrality in this war.

wat about Poland? I know it wasnt a country at the time but could someone take over the population and potentially cede from Russia?

OOC: Well, I am Bulgaria. Since I do not have much PM space and I am a bit busy for polite denials, I will communicate only with my neighbours discussing the neutral position Bulgaria have (so far). To all: you may read the previous Interactive but it is not obligatory I will have the same decisions. Depending how hard you try, mates, I can be either your enemy or ally

We of Bulgaria declare we are neutral and we ask our borders to be respected. We also note that despite the territorial disputes with Serbia, Greece and Romania for the territories where Bulgarian population live, we will not change our stance so far. We sincerely hope a peaceful way out of the world crisis would be found!

    Ferdinand, Tzar of Bulgaria

    Vasil Radoslavov, Prime-minister

P.S. I will be replying on Wednesday and Friday on the messages. Do not worry if i am not fast.

They are, we cant have 30 million ships running around. Besides, the costs have to cover labor pay and everything else.

Yes, but this time the Italians(me) will keep our word and stick with the Triple Alliance.

Oooh, slight problem for the Moroccan Sultanate. Just did a quick skim on research, and it turns out that Morocco become under French Protectorate in 1912. So, either I'll have to pick a new faction, or we'll have to give history a little bit more of a tweak than usual. If I need a new faction, I'll go with Norway/Sweden.

By the way, what exactly are we supposed to do now? Declaring our diplomacy stance or we should start making plans? What about the neutral countries?

By the way, here what I found in the good Shepherd maps:
