No Marian Reforms

I already have a General with the "Reformator" trait and it's already 138 BC in my game. However, I'm still unable to get the reforms. Could someone help me out with this?

Has he become faction leader yet? I'm pretty sure the reforms will happen when he does.

Although that may only be the Augustan reforms now that I think about it, sorry.

If you have the Reformator trait and no reforms then you must be missing the other criteria. Make sure you have 45 settlements and 6 Latifundia in Italy. I would amagine you are missing the Latifundia...

I already had the latifunda. Anyway, the reforms finally kicked in after about 5 turns or so. Thanks for the help!
