    Default Nomad Government

I realise there was a thread on this a while back, but when I followed the link the resource didn't exist any more (the downloads section on the main EB site was taken down).

Basically, how does the nomadic 'government' work? Is there an up-to-date guide floating around somewhere?

I beleive there is a link in the FAQ to the nomadic system explaination. I don't think it has changed vastly since it was made (for Sauromatae and Saka Rauka).

You can also look at the building trees in the documentation and understand the effects of nomad governments in the requirements.

Notice that the Pahlava have a more complex nomad system than the Saka Rauka and the Sauromatae, since the Pahlava can create a high-level government building.
