If I counquer some Seleucid 'royal barracks' for example as Makedonija, could I use those barracks for my own unit recruit after I build Homeland Resource??? Or if I take Epirote barracks...

Makedonia can use the Regional MICs of other Western Greek factions but not their Factional MICs. Makedonia cannot use any Eastern Greek MICs.

And by the way... Does EB team consider in realy implementing such a thing -- When you counquer other factions city and if nomlande is available, -- you should use its buildings for units at least... No? ;)

Don't they share factional MICs with, hmm, Baktria I think? Or was that only in 0.81...
