That's odd. The game is supposed to be able to regenerate that at start... It might be trouble later on if you use a map.rwm that is not synchronized with the other game files.

Could you try to rename all the map.rwm files in the structure to something else, for instance map.rwm.backup and then run the game? There are at least three of them, see the ebIgnoreList.txt for where they are. If it crashes again, you should restore the files you renamed of course.
