    Default Ghost Rider

    Has anyone here seen it?
I was incredibly disappointed by the CGI and aweful voice-acting. (Not to mention the totally over-rated, and under-clad lousy actress Eva Mendes. She made a good mate for the hideous Nicholas Cage. :P) That is not to say that there were not some saving moments however (Mercy! Please! Cracked me up. :P)

I think they were trying to mimick the success of Spiderman with another comic take-off. Just out of curiosity, how well did that go?

Don't mean to sound too negative here, but that movie was a collosal let down.

This probably would have been better posted in the Movie Review thread, but anyways, I didn't like the movie too much myself. Just never really got my attention, very boring, with Mendez being about the only thing I cared to watch in the movie(and not for her acting skills). And yes, this was clearly an attempt to mimic Spiderman's success in the box office, but as to how successful it was, I'm not sure.

I agree; a poor movie, with a lame plot and setup. The voice over for the 'rider' really detracted from the movie. Acting was poor.

"YOU!!!" (Highlight of the movie.. Cracked me up)

Yup... Very poor movie. Villains didnt look that evil. That Horsey the guy was riding (Grr forgot the plot already) looked pretty good. But rest completely and utterly failed.

comic book movies are hit or miss things....I think Blade 1 and 2 hit it right on the money....but every other comic book movie I have seen has been to some degree a disappointment.

    Desperately bad film I thought.

Then what? Surely not the face! :P lol, there are a lot of girls in both the school I teach at, and the school I attend with just as good and better figures than hers. My girl is built nicer. So she can't act, she is ugly, AND she has a mediocre body (or at least one that is only on level with thousands of other girls)...what exactly?

Hope you don't think that I am ripping into her too badly, I just really dislike her. :P

Yeah, it kinda sucked. They could have tried a little harder to make it interesting, or at least did better on the special effects, but, it could have been worse. The flaming horse was pretty cool, though...

Even Sin City, 300 or V for Vendetta?

those are very good too...sin city is one of my favorite movies of all time.

I didn´t mention them because I tend to separate comic books (x-men, spider-man...so on) from graphic novels.
