    Red face UNREAL TOURNAMENT 3

It is being released in November 2007 for the PC, and somewhere in 2008 for the PS3. I am a great fan of the UT series since the begining and I'm pumped up for this, I'm currently downloading the demo for it, only 15 minutes remaning. From the reviews and stuff, it is pretty awsome, the graphics are hyped up, gameplay is more intense and fun.

Is anyone excited about this game aswell?

I tried the demo - pretty friggin' awesome. Takes me back to the carnage of ye olde UT.

But with vehicles! Vehicles with giant knives sticking out the side!

The first UT was a thing of beauty, now those were excellent maps and fun weapons. Not that keen on the sequels, something is missing.

Sort of agree. I highly enjoy the sequels (except UT2k3, that was garbage), but they don't seem be much like the original.

Although this recent incarnation does take me back to the old days. Not enough blood and gore though - bodies just fade away in seconds :(

    How big is the demo?
I preordered it since 2 months ago.

UT = bible FPS. It's a legend, a bible, something you learn from.

As always, I'm looking forward more to what modders will do with the engine than the game itself. They've come up with pretty impressive stuff over the years.

I agree. I have played the demos to all the other, and they are garbage. I dowloaded the UT3 demo a few days ago because I heard that it returned to the gameplay of the first, but was severely dissappointed.
The first was a masterpiece, and I still play it. :P
