Default How to get Cretan Archers as Ptolemaioi?

I returned from holliday and saw that EB 1.0 was released - great, thank you.

I tried a new campaign as Ptolemaioi and now I'm not able to recruit my beloved Toxotai Kretikoi. I seem to be the only one however, found nothing with the search.

How is it done? In the edb it is said that as Ptolemaioi (= Numidia) you need at least army_barracks_J1 (that for 12000 mnai) and a level 2 government in a town. But I cannot erect a level 2 or level 1 government in Crete, only level 3 and 4. Celts and Germans for example can get Cretans from a level 4 government. Is something else to do?

Why don't the Cretans want my money?

Have you build the local recruitment line?

Sorry, what is the local recruitment line? Is it a new 1.0 feature?

I tried everything (I knew from 0.81) with cheat commands. So all available governments (3 and 4) and all MICs, the factionals and the regionals.

No Toxotai Kretikoi. And that is logical, because from the edb you need a level 2 or level 1 government for Ptolemaioi to get Cretan Archers, but because of the marking of Crete as an allied territory (which is very nice because Crete was an independent place, full of towns, mercenaries and pirates - I love it) you can never get a level 2 or 1 government here. At least I cannot.

My -not very beautyful- solution is that I copied the Cretans to a barrack for the Ptolemaioi (Numidia) with a level 3 government. Now I get the Cretans from a factional army barrack (only in Crete of course). Perhaps later I try to copy it to a level 3 government where I can get them from a regional MIC (I would prefer this).

    Is there a better solution?
