The EB Recruitment Veiwer is probably the best supplement to EB ever. I was wondering what program you used to create it, and how easy is to use? Is it available online or do you have to buy the program? Thanks for any answers.

Recruitment Viewer is wrtten in C++ using wxWidgets GUI Library.. I was wondering what program you used to create it, and how easy is to use?
All components needed to write C++ applications using wxWidgets are freely available. But this is programming so its not easy.Is it available online or do you have to buy the program? Thanks for any answers.
