So why can't I recruit Samniti Milites in any of my southern cities anymore. I am n ow in the Polybian Era if that makes any difference. Also, I can't recruit ANY Natives in southern Italy, as building a native barracks simply isn't an option there. Can anyone explain what, if anything, I'm doing wrong? Balloon for help :D
