I was wondering if this is an error. The saka armored nobles are listed twice next to each other in custom and are at a count of 21, like a general unit not 50. Are these guys considered a general unit or is this a small error?
Also i was wondering how to recruit them in campaign, i did a cheat and maxed the upgrades/population of the capital city but they still were not available.
