I doubt it...Wasn't hannibal rampaging around Italy in 217ish?

That would make him unborn at game start, and they can't give bios to characters who aren't there at the start.

I assume they would be able to spawn a general named hannibal barca, but I don't think they've ever chosen to do this. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's in 1.0.

It would be cool though.
