It depends on what you mean by "RTW file". I assume you mean to create a copy of your installation so that you can install EB on top of that. Are you familiar with Windows Explorer? You should:

*Navigate to your RTW installation (where to means to and not into, IE so that you see the folder and not its contents).
*Mark your RTW installation by clicking once.
*Press Ctrl-C, followed by Ctrl-V. It will make a copy called "Copy of <whatever your RTW folder is called>".

Once it's done working, rename this new installation:
    *Mark the new folder
    *press F2 on your keyboard
*type a suitable name to replace what is there currently, for instance RtwEb

Right! Now you have a copy for EB. Now navigate into the RtwEb folder, and copy the full address from the address line. You'll need this when you install EB. Note that depending on your setup, it may not show the full path. Then you need to change a Windows option, but we'll take that if it's necessary.

Having problems getting EB2 to run? Try these solutions.

I do NOT answer PM requests for help with EB. Ask in a new help thread in the tech help forum.
