Thread: Where is the Type IV government city governor

I just upgraded to version 1.0 EB and read that when you install a type four government (a client state) a new character will soon arrive in the city that you cannot move. I am playing as the independent Greeks and for some reason whenever I build the type four infrastructure no new character ever shows up, however when I eventually move in my own governor he quickly acquires the "interloper" trait. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

    Have you started the script?

lol, how many "bugs" on this forum end up like this.

when you first click a city when you start the game up the little man pops up in the corner. do you click the question mark?

you MUST do this every time you load.

To be precise, click "Show me how". I'm amazed that so many people can simply ignore him popping up all the time.

Oops, well if I start the script now will the cities with a type 4 government now spawn a new client governor?

Without knowing the circumstances of your campaign, I suggest you start a new game. The script does so much more than just add governers, it's hard to say how your game will have been affected. Just start fresh with the script and enjoy the fun :)

Two questions, first, is there any way to make the script just stay activated without having to do it yourself every time you reload? Secondly, what other big things have I missed out on by not activating it all the time?
