Reinstalling Windows certainly can't harm. Getting rid of the various dirt that accumulates over time might help.

Well, finally Eb 1.1. is running on my computer....a bit of it: the Pahvla campaign, b/c it has a intro video I think.
For all other factions i get a indeo coedc something message after game crashed to desktop, right after choosing a faction and clicking continue?!?!?!?!
Found out one has to pay for the above mentioned program, but well, I downloaded the MS hotfix...no changes...still CTDing....Any linkies? Tipps? Help??????
Anyways: playing the Pavla horseymen makes me very happy! Love the improvements of the MOD! Great work! I am spending so much time reading biographies, descriptions and what happened in year whatsoever...

You should add -nm to the shortcut (the validation thread mentions this too). This should fix your problem.

as soon as i try to shortcut start like this:
C:\Programme\EBTrivialScript\EBTrivialScript.exe -s ebconfig.xml -runeb -type "Single Player" -nm
I get the message: unknown option runeb
and afterwards: ROW 0: description failed to open file

Thats not where you add it. Go to the trivial script configuration utility and check the box to turn off movies.
