Everything animating too fast. Too many FPS?

Hey guys just re-installed RTW just to play EB, and it looks like a fun mod, however in the battles it seems as though i'm running at 2x speed, mens legs move incredibly fast and units race around tremendously fast (yes i checked it was on 1x speed).

Anyone encoutnered this or am i just used to MTW2 and late and had one too many beers (ive only had one), but its just really really fast, anyone else got this?

I think I recall someone mentioning this problem and saying that setting it to use only one CPU would help. I'd try to update the drivers for the dual-core CPU first, though.

If you happen to have a single-core processor, I have no idea. You could then wait until someone else responds, or search out the forum.

I do have a AMD Dual Core, how do i set it to use one? And is there another way around, don't want to have to dick with my processor too much.

As I said, you should try to download the latest drivers first. I can't remember how to set it to run on one, I'm afraid .

It must just be for AMD dual core CPUs. I have an Intel Core 2 Duo E4300@3.15GHz and a GeForce 7900GS and I haven't experienced any problems.

Hm ive tried all the fixes, i even disabled one of the cores in the task manager, no dice, still have everyone running around really fast.
