I think it's me he's on about. I have it installed on my old computer but I'm getting a new one so would it not be easier to just transfer it?

Yeah, if you've got a way to transfer the installer in one go - I've got an external disk drive which I downloaded EB 1.0 on, and then brought it to my internet-less, gaming laptop.
If you want to download it again, though, I recommend bittorent. Even now, I bet there are a few people seeding it, so it'll go fast enough.

It has to be said that I don't have terribly good broadband so I'm assuming that it will take a while to download. (Pharnakes tells me it will be a few days!)
