Strange resolution

I am gettinf a very interesting resolution problem. Usually this happens at the start of a turn and slowly gets btter through my turn but in the recent turns it has persisted throughout the turn. Its hard to describe, its like flashing pixels all over the screen the game is still runing fine, its just looks like static on the screen even though I can see the map etc.

I'll try to post some screen shots but I'm not sure how, when I fiure it out i'll post em.

Sounds like you should upgrade your graphics drivers.
