Lots of assorted questions about the Saka:

Saka reforms: I have these, now how do I get the reformed units? I assume I have to conquer the Indian provinces (Gandhara, Sattagydia and Sind) and then I can build MICs allowing me access to the reformed units. Is this true?

Following on from this: from the Building browser I can see that to get the barracks in the first place I need to build a Saka client state government. This requires Indigenous Settlements and no Migration. However, it also requires no Nomad or Mixed resource. Is there a way of checking what resources a province has? I seem to remember a map with these on way back.

For the reforms, I seem to remember in 0.8 that you had to hold certain provinces for four winters, but I'm not sure if they've changed, should be in the FAQ.
