Default Q: Buildings, modding cultural penalty and/or destructability.

I'd just like to ask a few questons about Buildings in RTW.

    1) Is is possible to mod/remove the cultural unrest caused by a particular line of buildings?

    2) Is it possible to make indestructable farms/government/roads actually destructable (rather than just 100% damaged but not destroyed).

I'd like to try removing the sillier causes of Unrest (OMG a well-paved roman road, lets riot! dirt tracks rule!).

1; yes and no, you can not remove the real culture penalty, you can only make it un-noticable with like happiness bonusses

2; some buildings can be made (in)descructible by adding/removing the "hinterland" tag from the building name (meaning Core-building and walls will never be destructable)

these 2 points have more or less made me into making an "all Romans" game as I really dislike the culture-crap in Rome (as in you can not get rid of it if the previous owner already upgraded to huge_city, meaning a rushing human always has the edge already only cause of hardcoded features, let alone tactics and strategie)

Would you care to explain that a bit?

I think he means adding happiness/law/etc bonus to building , but it works well if building is faction/culture specific; no bonus for them, but bonus for the others factions/cultures that will capture that building later...

if building available for all factions, than it'll be just inaccurate happiness increase...

btw, haven't know about this hinterland feature, thx ; hey, do you know about different core_buildings ? (like core_roman_x; core_eastern_x)
It's unlikely , but very useful..
