Roma Serrectum editing

I'm using the Roma Surrectum mod and I think its great but I want to change a few things. I want to make three roman factions instead of having just one. I want to edit the Scipii, and Julii but they are the greek factions. I want to make them roman and change the flags they carry. Red, Green and blue like RTW. I also want them to start in Itlay not in greece. Id also like to create a few more roman cities in Itlay for the other two factions and have them as my allies at the start of the game.

In order to do that you should learn plenty of things.
(less if you want re-place some cities). Look through Scriptorium for adding provinces, redoing factions guides ( maybe this and this .)

Also probably there is already out a mod for that. You can ask them here ...
