edit: idk who ill name as heir - fritz is probably going to be the lucky steward but since hes older than me he probably wont be the permanent heir. depends on who lapdogs me most i guess... lol

Ah the joy of having the oldest avatar in the House. To a certain extent, Jan can just sit back and let the others battle it out over who will be Peter's preferred lapdog, er I mean Count. :D

He could try to be the kingmaker though. Almost as much fun with a whole lot less work or responsibility. ^_^
