Default Parthia Questions(Government and Reform -SPOILERS)

Instead of making a new thread, I decided to just reuse this one since its the same basic question:

What exactly does this translate to game terms since Parthia doesn't have explicitly defined T3 governments or any type of government? Do I set up vassal states or reformed pastorialism?

-Build Type3 governments in these cities (Arbela, Seleukeia, Babylon, Ekbatana, Charax, Susa, and Persepolis)
-Build (persiapart) in these cities (Susa and Persepolis)
= (Subjugation resources will appear in Susa, and Persepolis)

Fighting isn't about winning, it's about depriving your enemy of all options except to lose.

You didn't look at the building trees that came out with the EB documentation, did you? They are also available in the website. Take a look at the Pahlava one and if you still have doubts, then post them, ok?

O cool, thanks. I forgot about those. No wonder the FAQs haven't been updated.

After playing more of the campaign and not being able to figure out what exactly I needed to do, I updated this thread with this question.
