    Default Problem Understanding Hayasdan Reforms

I'm having problems understanding exactly what the follow buildings are:

-Build in Armavir a (market), (roads), (town_garrison)(L1 law), and (sanitize)(L1 health).
= (Homeland resource will appear in Armavir)

For market I have Vajarakan (Merchant), I have Karayatak Jinapar (Paved Roads),for town garrison I have Kaghaki Pahabaner (City Garrison), and the "sanitize" and "L1 health" buildings, well I don't know. I thought that maybe my Healer's House and Public Baths would meet these requirements, but I still don't have the homeland resource in Armavir (Minor City, Pop 7200)

    Am I misunderstanding the requirements?

Yeah, I was meaning to put the in-game names for those buildings in the FAQ for ease of understanding, but never got around to it.

You need a level 2 market building, paved road, garrison, and the simple drainage building for the reform. (or higher)

Remember that the Homeland building will not replace the Alliances building and will just be added to the end of your building list. Check the end of the list and see if it was snuck in there without you noticing.

Kid it gets screwy when you start messing with the reforms outside of the Pan-Caucasian empire .

Real good question though ,is it even worth it ? Will you get access to Armenian troops in the newly made Royal Satrap territories ?
